It seems I'm approaching the level of addict. I did manage with the Exomax for almost a decade before I decided to get something a foot narrower and pass on the ExoMax to one of my kids. The Matrix 350 SE was more of a want because it was full camo and priced right and I've come to love it for its all around performance. The Suppressor 400TD is a different story. It was totally a gift to myself. After completing my most successful season ever as far as bucks are concerned, I've decided to raise the bar and hang up the guns altogether. As long as I'm still on the East Coast, my deer hunting will be with archery equipment only. The cost of this last bow has certainly cured my addiction. It'll take at least a decade to recover from this one.

DuckHunt,
Looking at your crossbow list, I don’t think you’re an addict. But, caution is advised.

Very timely thread as I am selling off much of my 'extra' sporting stuff. Down to 2 Excals, just sold my compound crossbow, and 4 deer rifles. I don't need 4 rifles so trying to decide which 2 go. Donated a bunch of clothing and boots and still clearing that stuff out. Sold my motorcycle and ATV last spring. Two kayaks hanging in the garage and only need one for fishing... the list goes on.
It really feels amazing to simplify your life, actually feels better getting rid of the stuff than buying it in the first place for me at least.

2 SWATs, Aculeus 460, BD400. Can’t envision getting rid of any of them.

My hunting bow is a Equinox with a Leupold 1.5-5x20 and my back-up bow is the exact same thing. I alternate which one I take hunting.

Just in case, I also have a Vortex and a Phoenix, both with Leupold 1-4x20 shotgun scopes. I might be addicted to long limbs.

Yes, I’m still in shock. That prompted the “unless, you...”
