O/T - Dog Sledding and Northern Lights

Just got back from 10 days above the arctic circle in Lapland - Finland. Great cultural trip with lots of cold activities. Favorites were a day spent dog sledding in the bush (we covered about 50 miles) capped off with a beautiful light show that night:

That looks like an amazing trip! I'm guessing that the photos don't do the light show any justice?

You are correct - photos are a great reminder but don't come close to the real deal. Especially considering my amateur skill level with the camera.
