I usually make my homemade elk chili on cold rain days.

Leftover chili dogs is mega good.

No elk, or venison , so beef will have to do. Usually good for 4 meals.

Hoping some burger still in the rack tomorrow!

No hotdogs or sausage for me. In butcher school we would take whole eyeballs and put them whole in the middle of sausage for kicks and giggles.

When I was on the farm the offshore help (Jamaicans) would have a party at the end of the season.I called it the goat party. They would get 2 goats both males and kill and prepare. Three basic ways goat in brown gravy, curry goat my favourite and goat soup  the soup consisted of every part of the goat, guts brain, eyes meat from the head and the skin hair removed.

They also made a Bull spam soup take them wash them cut them up and put into the pot.the pots were large and by morning there was no soup left
