Yes hunting courses are cancelled in Quebec only the online turkey course is available. As far as the hunting season (Quebec) no word yet.

Virginia is closing certain parks and public land...but no changes (yet) to any hunting or fishing season. I hunt turkey on private land, where we have a house (I mean "home," of course), so my blinds are up and I am ready to go. I can hunt while still complying with our "stay at home" order. If they announce a moratorium, or change the rules in any way, then of course I will comply.
