Vortex finally brought out another crossbow scope

Wonder how much it weighs. Vortex scopes are tough but not noted for their light weight.

I have the cheaper vortex Crossfire II on my Savage 220 surprisingly it's pretty good for Chinese glass! Lol

I’ll second that Jeff, good glass on my crossfire II I use with the optimizer at times. Always looking for “the scope” :crazy:

It's on the site now. Reticle is odd to me. center is set for 40yds, with crosses above that for 30 and 20. ANd then crosses below that for 50 to 100.

Toying with the idea, but...
I am still pretty happy with the Hawke Compact on my bow now.
And I would really like to handle / inspect one of these before making the leap...

Well I was excited to hear about the new vortex crossbow scope but a 100yard reticle is about as useless as it gets for hunting with a crossbow. I understand they need to cover the target shooting crowd but come on already.

....I am learning to be happy with just about eveything I have....Dead Zone, Leuppy Crossbones, Hawke, Leuppy firedot....
