.... Bill, I use the 2” SK-200. They are much more durable than the Blazers....they also are easier to apply and do not come off..... would never go back!

I fletched about a dozen arrows in total with the Silent Knight. I found them good quality, a bit pricey and the base a bit on the thin side.

For a lot less money and a wider base for adhesion and the same performance I now use the Vanetec SWIFT 3.15" HD for most of my customer arrow builds.

I think they make 3" in two heights, I use the 2.1, and they are like welding the vanes on!

VaneTec Swift 3.14 vanes are just as good as the SK-300s a lot cheaper too. Good luck!

VaneTec vanes are made in Myrtle Point, Oregon.

"Hunting & Manufacturing. VaneTec is located in the heart of hunting country — Myrtle Point, Oregon — and the owners have more than 50 years of specific, hands-on experience in the vane design and fletching business."

While waiting for the rain to stop at bear camp in N Ontario I
cannot ask for much better than a fresh ground Cuban bean coffee and Kahlua while fleching a up dozen .

Norm...I gather you are well pleased with the Aerofletcher and offset versus helical?

My own accuracy testing between offset and helical using mechanical broadheads at high speeds yield no difference.
Helical fletchings are notabky louder on flight I found..

The Aero Flecher by Firenock is my first high end flecther which has certainly paid for itself as each arrow yields precise fletch orientation each and everytime over and over.

I have absolutely no regrets buying and using the Aero Flecher.
Plus , it looks so nice as a prized mantle piece due to its quality machined appearance and secure weight.
