looking for some advice on putting the black rubber band on xmag broadhead. Dangerously sharp which with 4 blades
makes for the all most trip to er

I use painter's tape over all the cutty sharpy things, then I use a pair of circlip pliers but a small hooked awl will work.

well a big thanks to all . been doing the youtube way but with no paper clip. questions
will a bd400 push that head through the side of a 400lb black bear@40 yrds? arrows is a zombie
total weight is 420gr. i will be on the ground with no bait (vermont) will i be attacked buy the bear
on his death run ? past 2 seasons a had bears come in behind me @ 20yrds just not big enough

It'll go through 2 of them side by side if you stay off the shoulder

Here is my X MAG after going through 2 ribs and shattering the upper leg bone on a bear slightly less of 200 lb back in June 20.

Only suffered 2 of 4 very slightly bent blades. Bear went maybe 35 - 40 y.
This was a double carbon concept arrow and the outer Zombie suffered a fracture as a result. The under carbon layer held the bottom 6 " section together.

Never thought the tips were that sharp anyway...had to hone mine. Might be assembled by veterans in usa but these things got china written all over them.
Looking forward to trying my a4s this season they look mean.l do like the quality bands heavy duty.
