New Bling

Post by Species8472 »

Added some bling to my 380. Used to wear Vortex.

Now it is sporting a Luepold Mark 4:

4.5-14x
50 mm objective
30 mm tube
Illuminated
Adjustable parallax
Luepold rings/bases

Took it out today and got busted about 30 minutes before last light by an 8 pt. Scope is way overkill but i have a soft spot for that particular bow and it gets spoiled. In fact i have found that lately i have been using it as my go to instead of the micro. Just has a nicer feel to it.

Looks like a Caldwell shooting platform!! Great glass for sure!!! The Mark 4's are the "it scope" to me. And yes, you gotta love the stock on that 380!!!
All in all, a simply great rig!! Congrats on the "new bling"!!

Stock is a limited edition Y25 relayer made by excal. The bow itself was a custom 380 made by excal and donated to a silent auction to raise money for cancer research on behalf of a young lady named Kayla who has since passed on from cancer. She was also one of the people that Boofest raised money for a bunch of years back.

Specs:

380 Matrix limbs/riser/rail
Triggertech 2 stage trigger
Boo String
Relayer Stock
Original glass was a twilight DLX, upgraded to a Vortex XBR, upgraded again to the current Luepold Mark 4.

Vortex is now on my micro

You can’t kill’em if you can’t see’em. In my opinion, there’s no such thing as overkill when it comes to hunting optics.
