Y25. More than fast enough, accurate and low noise, I still have one thats never been shot which is signed by Bill, Kathy and Peter. I can't bring myself to shoot it.
I signed a stock? Wow, must be the only one I ever signed. :D I have a Y25 #50 that my wife got for me on my 50th birthday that I put black limbs and mainframe on since that was the way I wanted to build it but got out voted. They were the last wood stock we ever made so they are special.

Have used this one exclusively this season:

The optics in the pic are a Vortex XBR which have since been upgraded to a Luepold Mark 4.

This fall it's taken one bear (295 lbs), one buck, and a doe just today:

Nice work, I like how the foregrip is nice and tall to keep your fingers out of the path.

How does it feel?

Hi,
Thank you!
I have used the stock of my Short 308 as inspiration. The 308 has a "fat" foregrip which i really like. So i thought this will be nice on "Woodstock". I have sandpapered deepenings for my fingers, the bow fits/feels really nice. It has 4,1 kilo /9lbs, a good weight for me.
Now i wait for the black limbs of a 440. So my old Matrix 355 should turn into a "Woodstock 375".

That's a beautiful stock Dominic. What kind of wood did you use? Is it an oil finish?
Take care
