It is disheartening to those people who put their heart and soul into something to have it be trashed without being tried .
I agree not everyone may want a certain bow . As one person stated he may not want a corvette but that doesn`t mean someone else doesn`t . :)
Interestingly enough Kevin, I've have had a couple of my customers (I work retail and tune up lots of guys bows, they know I'm an Excal nutbar) at work here today ask me about this new bow, and every one of them has been grinning ear to ear and the general consensus is "Awesome!" Their words.

Just making the trigger components is keeping me busy . Normally in the archery business things slow down after hunting season . I don`t foresee a slow down right now for us .

I personally don't want one, but kudos for the innovation. I'm guessing the new limbs, safety location/style, and stock may be used on future models that do interest me.

I remember switching from my flip phone to a smartphone and friends saying I'll never get one, what do I need to text for? Innovation is always good. Keep up the good work.

Nope , especially since the top of the line Ten Point X BOW costs TWICE as much.

xcaliber, are you suggesting the fellow we know as amythntr is going to overcome his indignation about a two shot bow, buy one, and then offer it for sale to his friends here?

....I have just watched Wyvernns video on the new XB.....dang, I all of a sudden got real excited like a kid in the candy store.....why?

....because I own 4 xb's, 3 of which are excaliburs....all shoot great, all have a bunch of accessories and I can proudly say they are mine....

....I am most humbled by the above.....I know that there are those that have struggled and cannot buy even a used older model or have struggled just to buy one....one they have and one they will only own!

....one never feels inadequate until he/she comes into the company of all of us degenerates in this group known as the forum.... where the frenzied monotone cries of "I want one...I need one" are heard when the latest new technology hits the internet....I can almost picture the sceen similar to that of the "walking dead!"

....I for one am happy where I am, with what I have....I do like the fact of the integrated "bubble level!"

....I feel for those looking to sell older Excalibur's as to what the older bows will garner in the trading post!

For those who make custom components--

Start working on a custom single trigger that allows BOTH bows to release simultaneously. Don't forget to allow tuning between trigger releases so one can be timed to release a bit earlier than the other. Having both arrows strike the same point where they are aimed may require tweaking....recoil vibration....

.....I have decided to play a game with myself....in light of me entering another season of scourging (known as tax season).....I will remove myself from this forum from today until April 15.....at which time I will return to see how Boo, Jeff and others feel about their new twin strike bows.....see ya in a few months!
