Shoulder surgery

Post by seabee401 »

Is it possible to change strings or adjust brace ht. Using the C2 crank? Just had shoulder surgery and can't pull rope cocking aid. Never tried this before.
Thanks

I do it all the time on my 400 Suppressor using the Charger. Just use the hooks of your crank on your stringing aid like you do with your rope cocker.

Do both, works great.

I've never been able to rope cock, use the cranks all the time for stringing.

Is it tricky on the let down when you disengage the c2 and try to lower it ?

As long as you don't let go of the crank handle, you'll be good. It sure does hurt if you let go!

I've done it several times during testing that involves anywhere between several hundred to 1800 shots. It happens either when you get distracted or complacent. Either way, respect it and you won't be saying DOH! :wtf:

Make the handle bigger for a better grip on the c2 crank,in 2019 shafferm, if he's still on this site made me a bigger handle which you can veiw by searching for crank handle and then go to the number 4 and scroll down and there's a photo of it, it makes a huge difference
