Exomax vs Exocet 200
Can anyone enlighten me about the differences in the 2 bows? Weight,speed,width etc. Thanks in advance.

Both bows are the older style "long limbed" bows, meaning they are wider than the current product lines. About 5" wider than the Matrix series, and about 10" wider than the Micro Series.
Both bows are also the "non-thumb-holed" versions of the stock
The Exomax is a 225# bow, with a max speed of 350 fps with a 350gr arrow (Thumb-holed stock version is Exomag)
The Exocet is a 200# bow with a max speed of 330fps with a 350gr arrow (Thumb-holed stock version is Vortex)

Actually the thumbhole version of the Exomax is the Equinox. The Exomag is the predecessor to the Exomax. It had the same length/power stroke but had a straight riser giving it 200# draw weight. The Exomax (and other later) models had their riser's forward swept an inch to add an additional 25# of draw weight without increasing the length. Cocking these models was difficult for anyone without "ape arms" because of the height they would have to bring the cocker above their chest...
