Chinese food

Post by Robinsons Rebel »

Anybody ever use deer meat in a Chinese food recipe? Thinking about giving it a try.

Likely horse meat. We have a couple miniature horse farms here. Everytime I drive by with Grandkids I always say "Look BBQ horses." Well the day happened and school called me as to why a 7 year old would call them BBQ horses. Told them to me they are the size to fit in a pig roaster. :) Don't think they found the humor in it.

Had it last night.

I pound a round steak flat with a meat tenderizing mallet then lightly brown it. Cut in to cubes then add it back in to veggie stir fry mix. Serve on a bead of rice.

Doesn't get any better! :)

Have done chili fifteen different ways, Italian, Mexican, Stuffed Green Peppers, but never Chinese style anything. I can WOK to our local place almost, or have delivered. Gives me more time to do other stuff, like injure my damn brain.
