What is the weight that you guys shoot on your arrows right now I’m shooting stock quills (Black Eagle) 125 grain BH and Luminok’s I figure I’m at 398. I hear that you should be using heavier arrows for the limb's.

415gr total weight for me and my Gen 1 Micro.

I shot the stock quills and 150Gr head from 1st year of gen 1 bow til last year. Last year I went with zombie slayers and 150 gr head 450gr total, I haven't noticed any difference in bow or accuracy. The stock quills passed through 7+ deer and only didn't 1 time-hit shoulder.

I like a heavier arrow for the terminal performance. In my Gen1 I have used:

16" Zombie Slayer
110gr brass insert
1.5" Trueflight feathers
Lumenok

This arrow weighs 290gr with no head.

I then have used 125gr and 150gr and this year, 200gr broadheads. These give you an arrow from 415 to 490. All fly great and hit hard. I will be using the 200gr this year I thnk

I shoot 16.5-inch Black Eagle Executioners with a 110 gr Brass insert up front. 2" Blazer vanes and Lumenoks. This is the starting point. I then add whatever head I want to this arrow setup. Most of the time for deer sized critters, I use a 100gr mechanical. (Which works great for me!)
For bigger, uglier stuff I use a 150gr fixed.
And I use a custom-made string crafted by the one and only... Boo!

This works well for me out of a Micro 355.

When I 1st bought this bow in '17, I too used the "standard" Quill arrow with it's aluminum insert up front. I made, (yes, I blame me) a bad shot on a large critter. The 150gr fixed hit the shoulder blade and snapped the insert out of the arrow. It actually broke the insert in half.
I have NOT shot a standard quill at another animal since.

Over the years this bow has become my favorite. I've killed a LOT of critters with it. As long as I do my job, it will do it's!!

The heavy 110 insert and a 125 grain head always shot great out of my micro in my opinion the tiny 16 inch bolts need a little more foc than a longer 20 inch exo or 18 matrix bolt.
I even shot 150 boltcutters and the 110 brass with excellent flight.
A heavy bolt will definitely help sustain more life outta them weiner dog leg length limbs of the micro also.

I shoot 358gr and get 341fps. Never had a problem and I get pass through on deer every time.
