After the customer service I have received form Dawn Neill and the Excalibur Service Team,
I can't imagine buying a crossbow from any other crossbow manufacturer.
They have me for LIFE.
Best crossbows, Best warrantee, Best customer service, Best people.
I could go on...
OK, I will....
Best triggers, Best O.E.M. standard scopes, Best HO Micro limbs, and Best cranks.
If you don't own an Excalibur, you are missing out on the Best.
