Just stopping in

Post by XB I GO »

Hello everyone! I've not been able to contribute much for a while but I continue to read posts from time to time. This past summer my brother and I worked full-time as Lifeguards. We both have trucks now so we are messing with and maintaining them. Football "camp" was part of the summer mornings too. I started a Bass Fishing Team at my H.S. and my friend and I got a sponsor to provide a boat, gas card and some gear so we are excited to start winning. My Dad bought a small custom fishing rod company for my brother and I. We learned to use all the equipment and we've been filling orders after school. We also traveled and spent time in LA, AL, and FL and a week at our Florida house. Came back with another boat for our coastal house in TX. I just checked the sight-in on my Mag340 and all is good to go this year. Same with my brother and his M380. Dad bought the property right next to ours so our deer hunting land just doubled in size. I see a lot of very big velvet bucks hanging together now. They'll break up soon and then they better look out! Prayers for those I read are hurt or having troubles! Best wishes to everyone else! I'll post more as hunting season gets underway.

The Texas Gulf Coastal Plains region actually has some pretty good hunting in that area. And fishing is top notch as you well know. I'm glad to see that you've had a pretty good summer! Now it's time for Texas High School Football!!
Take full advantage of every opportunity!!

I've got a good friend that lives at Port Mansfield. The fishing is superb!!

Keep us posted, and welcome back to the Forum!!
