Ravins have always looked like complicated contraptions to me. So many things can cause problems with a complex bow like that. This is one of the reasons I only own simple Excals.
It'll only get worse! I heard the 2023 models are gonna have a pop up timer like a Butter Ball turkey!😂🤣😂🤣
Maybe they should all have a self destruct pop up. Caution, stand back and call your bow shop, you will need a new bow in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 seconds!
Your mission…. Should you decide to accept it..

It's that feeling you get when you go get "Your next Rifle" out of the closet and your "check Ravin" light is on...again!

Check this thread out https://www.crossbownation.com/threads/bbb-ratings-for-crossbow-companies.128594/ Ravin has a BBB score of an F! Maybe the BBB score means nothing but to the guy with the fire I bet he gets it :wtf:

Unfortunately the BBB only means something if any or all of the other companies use them too.

But in 2022 with all of the other options out there that are forced in your face just by walking past a building, who in their right mind would pay to be in a rating system that only rates you if you pay them??

i think my nephew is at this point. not sure which model he has but it broke on him today. i dont know anything about these ravin's other than lots of $$ but he said " the cocking system broke away from the cranking system". i offered my matrix 330 to him to use but he said his house has 2 excals for his use. i think its kinda funny cuz he has been using excals for many years so he knows first hand on the reliability they have but he "needed" more speed.
