Yeppers . .full redneck turned a harbor freight portable garage into something more "secure " 11/4 conduit clamps and a little wood n sheet metal actually looks pretty good.
Gonna put my little boat n treestand and blind related stuff in here gotta add some doors and I'm home free.
Made the gables out of a cast away Rubbermaid shed.Gave the roof a good coat of aluminized coating today for good measures. The little bugger is incredibly sturdy too.
20ft x 10ft lots of extra space for about 600 bucks and really gonna free up space in my real garage.
Now I'm thinking 🤔 tiny wood stove??? Gotta get this thing done before October deer opener.

A tiny wood stove would not be a bad idea and does not break the bank. Sure makes a warmer place to be when working on Man stuff during the cooler times of the year.

Awesome job.
That will provide valuable dry space at a very reasonable price.
looks like a fine place to butcher deer also.

Looks good Joe! I would be interesting to see how the roof deals with your snow load. A measurement now and when you have a good build up, from peak to ground will tell you. Were ingenious of you!

Good point boo l was concerned about Dat too but we don't get the kind of "snow " you guys do up north .
If l hear we are getting a whopper of a snow l think I'm gonna just put my little propane heater in there and let the roof cook it off that's kinda my plan now.
I'm pretty sure it will take a foot of snow but I'm pretty sure l would go with the heater and let it melt before it adds up.
I got my eye on a little woodstove maby after a beer or two tonight l may let my fingers accidentally drunk order it lololl.

I had a large shed at my cottage that had a wide roof with little slope. Snow fall there was major (Lake Simcoe). I put in some 2x4 supports. They had a T configuration so there was contact at 3 points. They got pushed in and when there was a good snow load, you couldn’t budge them. I’m pretty sure the roof would have caved in without them.
