It is time

Nights in the 40 degree range next wk.so time to
hit the woods, my wife says she wants 3 does in the
freezer so i better get going,i only hunt in the
mornings so, i will have time to get deer out
before it gets too warm, wish me luck i need it.

Good luck Dave...my wife can't wait wait to have me out of the house too but says "stay long if you get a deer don't bring it home let someone else have the ticks" lolooo.

Good luck Papabear! One week to go for us. We went out turkey chasing Friday and Saturday. Seems good to be out in the woods for something other than gathering firewood.

Mine has already laid out exactly what she wants from the 1st Deer of the season. :lol:
!. Backstrap.
2. Tenderloin.
3. And ALL the Hamburger meat I could grind!!

She told me I could have what's left!! :shock: :wtf: :lol:

Have been out several times but saw nothing but fawns and
yearlings, one nice doe but she would not come into range
so the hunt goe's on, hope the temps get better, that will
change things ,,,, I HOPE :)

Full Moon on the horizon. I won't be hunting until it passes!! Maybe...
I may go Wednesday afternoon. Ain't made up my mind quite yet. Moon is supposed to be full on the 9th, I believe. :think:
