Trouble logging in

Post by Reinyrooster »

Is anyone else having problems logging into this website? I have an app that I use to store my passwords and log me in so I know it's not me typing in the wrong info but in the last few days I have to try about 4 or 5 times before it accepts my login info.

I had that with my phone but not my laptop. What leaves me wondering if it has something to do with user software or their IP is that I've had 4 people now have difficulty seeing my string order form. When they use another browser or different machine, they can see it.

I had trouble logging in for 2 or 3 days.
Kept kicking me out back to the login/register screen.
Everything seemed to start working correctly & back to normal last evening.

I have noticed the "logging in" issue a few times. It's like there is a "Ghost in the Machine" kinda thing.
You can attempt to log in several times before it will allow you to have access. Then sometimes it's no problem.

I also think the software that Excal uses for the forum site is somewhat old. It's not as "user friendly" as other sites.

just my thoughts on the matter...

Same issue here on my main PC.
Almost every time I try to log in.
Some days I simply give up...

Cheers

Yeah. Same here. After 3 wks., of trying new passwords, and waiting for replies. I am now finally able to log on... :eusa-dance: I have used the same user name/pswrd., since I first started on here, in 2010! What is with these temporary passwords so long, that I could not even fit all of the characters, in the box?? :wtf:

Paulaboutform has not been able to access this Forum for quite a while now.
Last chatting with him a couple of days ago, he seemed about to give up.

Any Mod or Admin that could help??

Hoping...

This is becoming a real headache.......IF I am able to log in I get to the main page...then when I click on any of the topic groupings I get kicked out again....I was able to get in just now but just got kicked out when I went from the forum to make this post and had to log in again. This is on my PC at home and I use an app for the log-in info so it's not a case of having the wrong password.

I had problems registering from my mobile. In the end I got it from another mobile.
Peter told me that they are having some glitches lately.

From my own experience with Spanish forums, sometimes the technology of the applications/mobiles/PC does not fit well with the software of the forums...
