Here is my home made snack stick recipe after much experimentation and trial and error.

Are they similar to what we call a land jagger??
I have been adding micro minced jalapeno and cherry tomatoes to the last sticks l made very tasty.
I finally pulled the trigger on a commercial vacuum sealer too.
I have made jerky for years but the sticks are new to me but I'm learning.
