RevX has arrived!

Post by Boo »

I wish I had the time to set up the bow and shoot it. I have a few things I have to do. I have to go to my hunting property with my tow-behind brush hog, bring back my ATV, sight in my new CVA single shot rifle and do some patterning with a few loads. BTW, the CVA barrel bore has an amazing finish! It's like a mirror! No machining marks apparent. Compared to my Marlin lever action barrel, the later reminds me of a gravel driveway!
The RevX looks and feels amazing! I think Excalibur has outdone itself again!

Its LOP is long when measured but it feels just about normal. I was talking to Danny who just raves about the RevX and mentioned the LOP. He didn’t believe me so he went and measured it. Can’t say on the forum what he said because it’s against the rules to swear but he could not believe it! It’s truly uncanny how Excalibur designs their bows to fit the human body so well and cover such a large range of people.
I think this is the last crossbow I’m buying.

Kudos to Excalibur's design team . The Rev X fits me very well at 6'4" and Boo at 4' 11" says it all  :D

Not sure why everyone calls Don short. I think hes one of the tallest guys i know. Maybe its like calling a fat guy skinny? lol

Have fun with the new bows guys! i used to upgrade every year and loved every one of them but since my 380 i have been very content!
maybe a micro something or another one day. Just 'cause.
