I usually will attempt to fix broken things around the house and truck but when I can’t I call a professional to get it done. Time for Excalibur to hire a pro!

Hire a Pro and UPGRADE the ancient software!!
I think a couple of 15 year olds could do a better job of fixing it. At least we can post again even though it still needs work.

With the current situation of having the forum not working as it should, the members are being dis-serviced. As bad as that may seem, it's Excalibur (the business) who is paying the bigger price. The absence of a reliable platform where the company can promote its products, attract potential new customers, and retain existing customers is costing Excalibur dearly. One would think that they would be more proactive and motivated to get this forum back up and running. Is it a coincident that the forum went "south" about the same time that the marketing manager retired? It makes one wonder if upper management failed to hire a suitable replacement. Like the forum, will the company follow suit and falter as well? Only time will tell.
