Anyone ever use these on a X-Bow set up?

The last year I bought a package of it.

I am shooting only targets with the talons, but I am impressed.
The manufacturer advises that the arrow gains velocity since it is been rotating from the front. I don't have a chrony to measure the arrow velocity, but on 50 yards, using the laser II arrows, with the talons the arrow are hitting 2" to 3" inches high than the same arrow using the wasp boss.'edited: hitting the same windage, but 2 to 3 inches high'

Also, if you will use it to hunt, I can imagine the damage that this broadhead could cause on game.

The grouping are very good. I think you should give a try.

Haven't been brave enough to do it.

The Crimson Talons seem a little on the "gimmicky" side for me. The blades look kinda thin... not too sure about the "spin foil" technology either... I'd rather have the fletching do all the steering.

Zeke,

I have shooting the talons on a thick and compact piece of paper (3 inches) and in high density foam.

The blades still intact.

I'm sure they are a fine broadhead - I'm just too old fashioned to try them is all.
