I don't see anything wrong with the picture and I don't think it encourages people to put up spam links. The only thing I have to worry about on this site is the graphic pictures of what bears can do. A little much for my 4 year old. Not that I'm saying remove them just saying my daughter can see someone walking down the street dressed like that any day around here but she won't see someone with an arrow sticking out of their head or their leg half chewed off. I just find it funny that one would question putting up a picture of a skimpy dressed woman but no one said anything about putting up a picture of a half eaten human being. Makes me go Hmmmmmm.
