hello xbows hunter so what size bolts do you all use and whats the best
nock to use flat back are the half moon what is better

If you are hunting deer, go with the Gold Tip Laser II carbon bolts or the Easton 2213 aluminums (about the same weight as the carbons). 100 grain heads, and NO NOCKS. Excalibur's have an over head release and they do not recommend that you use a nock. Just a flat insert is fine.

If you are hunting bear or moose you may want to step up to a 2216 or 2219 aluminum bolt and a 125grain broadhead for more punch. They fly a bit slower but have more kinetic energy when they hit.
I hunt for memories, the meat's a bonus!
