Way to go I've bin hunting for 11 years and I just shot my first big buck and I had the same feeling as i did on my first buck congates.

congrats, also to all who have taken a deer or deers so far this season. i also got my 96th deer so far, am 66yr young and going for 100. Hawk ( 5 pt buck this time, first with VIXEN)

I'm glad it all came together for you. Nothing beats that feeling of accomplishment when you put in the time and effort and it finally pays off. All the better when you share the experience with others. You can sit back and smile again with every burger, steak, stew and roast you savour.
