Post by Outdoorz »

Is there a warranty card that should be sent in for my exomax? Can't find one in the box...

Thanks,

Excals don't have serial #s yet. When they do you may have to register your bow. As it is call Excal with your problem and they'll fix it .

I remember reading somewhere to keep your receipt. No card.

Why would the serial number make a difference? I think it would be better. If you get robbed and someone steals your x-bow, you have some way of tracking it.

If you want, you can etch your driver's licence # or other code # on the rail or the riser to protect against theft.

We don't have warranty cards or serial numbers for our products. If you have a problem please call us and you will be looked after. The less paper to file the better! Hey is that you John???
