I started out using slick tricks, but changed to Montecs for no good reason. I found that they are both excellent broadheads, but I'm one of those guys that just can't master the art of sharpening, so I'm back to the slicks so that I can replace the blades as needed.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

i use the montecs but i shoot a vert bow. I love them but they are a bit pricey to shoot at just anything. Lost one shooting a oppossum, expensive oppossum.

I'm trying them out for the first time this year also. I have them but haven't shot them yet. Looks like a good strong design!

G5 also makes practice broadheads that don't have any cutting surfaces, I was thinking of trying these this year. Haw anyone tried these?

Montec

Montec and Slicks are the best . They shoot great both to the same pt of aim. Montec are easily sharpened with a flat stone or the g5 sharpener. They are a little pricy but you get your moneys worth if you dont lose them, they are very sturdy.
