That wouldn't be a crossbow bolt. It would have blown through. Don't need to look closely at the nock to see that!!

Dont know weather it's real or not,the camera could have captured it as the arrow was going in,looks like I see blood on the off shoulder.
Pretty cool just to catch one in the air like that.

I'm with ya, Saxman! I'm no photo expert, but something scared that buck and the other one that's jettin' off in the corner of the pick!

I noted that blood on the off shoulder too ... and I could swear there's some grains of corn in the air ... but what do I know?

In these days of photoshop expertise, it's hard to prove anything.

Neat pic, anyway! :D

I sure hope they don't go to flying like that here! A deer standing still is hard enough, but hitting one in the air would be darn near impossible! :lol: :lol: :lol:
Actually, the hit on the deer looks real to me. I see blood on both sides, and a leap like that would definately cause the blood to spray.
