Great deal on Excal T-handle arrow puller

Post by Hunter Dave »

I discovered a great deal on Cabela's website in their Bargain Cave. The T-handle arrow puller is listed at $5.77. When I called to order one, the rep stated they are only $3.77, so I ordered two.
Yup, I know what you're thinking, this guy is the last of the big time spenders. But, what the heck, it's a great deal plus free delivery to any of their stores. I plan to attend a few of their turkey hunting seminars in a few weeks and pick up the goods at the same time. Best of luck to all turkey hunters.

I wasn't impressed with mine. It pulled out the inserts from the shaft, so I stopped using mine.

Dan Miller's pliers-pullers are hard to beat, in my estimation.

Work like a dream every time. You can grip the arrow close to the target face, so any chance of twisting the shaft is eliminated. If your arrows are in up to the fletches, you can grip just the end.

I love mine. :D

Cabela's does ship to Canada

You may want to consider a group order with other Excal users/friends.
I think ordering just one, plus the exchange, shipping, etc. would increase the price.

Dan Miller's pliers

Tried both. The pliers are far superior. Am now trying to get a smaller
diameter version to use with my compound carbon arrows.

Had two of the T-handles break off as well!!
