Knee replacement surgery

After my fall back in 1997 I was in rehab for ten months relearning how to walk. I got to see lots and lots of knee replacement guys and gals come and go.

The ones that really attacked the physical therapy did well. The ones that moaned and cried and complained the entire time did poorly.

Vigorous rehab is absolutely the key to restoring your life.

Scott, the knee is doing great I can about any thing I want to. I don't know where this post came from but it sure brought back a lot of memories both good and painfully bad.

my dad had both knees done at 65. played golf for the next 10 years with out a problem. my brother had both hips replaced before he was 42. hes active as ever. lol walks alittle bow legged. I'm stiff and sore all over at 56. nothing a shot and a beer can't help. You'll do fine get up and work it.
