G5 Montec 125 grain

Does anyone know how G5 Montec 125 grain fly, using Firebolt Carbon Arrows with the Aluminum inserts? Total arrow weight is about 392. I've been shooting 125 grain practice tips: 150 was to heavy(shot good though) and 100 grain seemed a little light (arrows weren't consistant enough for me).

No i don't with that arrow. I use them with my phoenix but they're the 100 gr. They're with-in 3/8" of my field pts at 30 yds.
