boy oh boy we got a heavy wind today about the last 6 hours she has been hitting the three big walnut trees i got in the yard .let me tell you i am jumping out of my shorts every time three of four of them break loosse and hit the roof of the shed .wow. you got to be real carefull even getting across the yard .aND BOY WE GOT A HECK OF A CROP OF NUTS THIS YEAR. a lot of dead wood coming down as well .the temp is going to drop by 10 degrees over night so no fishing this weekend .hang in there and hope we dont lose are power . DUTCH

We got 5 inches of rain - wed, & thurs.
30 mi per hr.wind fri.
Walnut tree had 3 nuts this yr. [ 13 gallions last year] late frost.
Good thing we missed the hard rain [ 7 to 10 inches ] starting 15 mi north of here to 150 east.
