I'm from Myrtle Beach. I shot these deer with in a half mile of the ocean in Pawleys Island SC. We are very lucky to have about 600 acres of swamp and salt marsh there to hunt. No corn or bean fields for 10 miles. Unfortunatly lots of hogs.Hurricane Hugo wiped them out but they made a full recovery.M&M wrote:congrats welcome to the forum. where are ya from?

It was a quick turn around time, I think it was like 4 months. If intrested let me know and i will try and find his number. Here is a pic of my mount he did.RussJohnson wrote: He is going on the wall!

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison; And make me savoury meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die. Gen 27:3-4

Yeah. I live in Longbay Estates between Myrtle Beach State Park and Pirateland campground on the oceanfront. We have it good. We are in the stand in Pawleys in 30 minutes. Most of my freinds have to drive at least an hour each way to hunt farm and timber land out to the West.
