Yep you figured me out I'm only 3' 2'' and weight is about 80lbs.soaking wet. And I don't hunt or own a crossbow.You guys are really good ! I was just wondering how long it would take to get the real story here ,LOL ! Does look like I hit a nerve with most of you though ? You all need to calm down and get a life.You are all too funny. P.S. by the way I just bought another new Excalibur CB and have shot them from the get.Like I said along ways back, the Ex's are my bow of choice but nobody seemed to read that part,just the part that struck the nerve about the Jaguars. LOL . Again, good shoot'n.and don't take a thread so serious next time ,(but I do have to say it was kind of fun F-ing with ya !).

but after see'n the replies i just hadta look !!!
i read all the posts and again i see why...
i got my grandkids a arrow precision fury recurve
that is close, if not the same as the jaguar.
my grandkids have a blast with it. and it has taken 1 doe last year.
midway sold it for $139 last year and stated its speed of 285fps
with the arrow weight and 125gr MBH that took the doe... its speed was 188fps
verified with chrony. because the arrow hit the exiting rib and stopped about 1/2 way in.
it did putter down tho.
i got this for the kids to learn with. and its just that. a learning tool.
never will again be a hunter because of humane kill concern after see'n what it did on that doe @ 30ft.
why would anybody compare this to the masterpiece of crossbows ?
un-knowing maybe ? clueless? or just ignorant....( same as un-knowing)
