The reason I use the String I do is because:

Endless Loop Dacron: I like the extra flex and softer sound, and willing to sacrifice some speed.

Endless Loop Dacron: I'm a Newbie afraid of Dryfiring, otherwise I'd use a fastflight or custom string.

Factory Fastflight Flemish: I need the speed, but not the premium price of a custom string.

Custom Flemish: I can't afford it, but if I could I would.

Custom Flemish: Nothing but the best for me, price is not a deterrent.

I use a ComfyBear custom string I purchased some time back. :D Normal concern for me is the longevity of the serving.

The polls a good idea but the options are quiet specific as to the reason you shoot a certain type of string.
Also Super flemmish isn't listed.
Plus I think many people who do a lot of shooting use a cheaper string for target and practicing and and save thier Boo just for hunting for example. Sometimes for money reasons.
