kids first bucks

ok ok i know it isn't with a crossbow yet and i'm itching to get out come late season archery to use the new vortex and take my first animal but here is my son and my buddy's daughters first bucks on opening morning of modern season here i washington. great memories and a great morning for the kids to score on.

they both shot 243's.. my son's shot was 146 yards down hill and standing broadside.. shot thru both shoulders and dropped in it's bed where it stood up from.. my buddies daughter took a good shot and it dropped. then stood back up and she hit it again as it was heading up the sage brush draw.
thanks guys for the comments. i'm just buying my time for the chance to get some pics with my crossbow involved.. :D
