Back at it

Post by Masboy »

Well muzzle loader an the late rifle were over as of saturday an my son went out last night an seen a buck and some doe from one of my stands . he said it was a spike with tall spikes an he,s a little more picky than I am in this late season. I,m after meat an the thrill of some shooting after hunting mostly horns this season. I,m excited an want to shoot something with my string I made . each string I make looks a little better than the one before and I,m happy with how they look an shoot. got my vixen sighted in at 25yds and the top of my bottom plex dead on at 35yds with my 522 gr 2117 slams an 125 gr rocket steelheads . I,m ready an can,t wait to get out tonight. ( look out deer here I come !!!!! )

Thanks guys! seen nothing this evening but no wonder I had my new bright blue string on and my new camo hat with four little lights in it that the boys got me because they know I stumble around when it gets dark like I,m drunk with this Lyme d and I was playing with it to show my other son at the truck right before we walked away to hunt. I was sitting in my tree with my face mask on with the hat on top an when it started getting low light I seen the light glowing on the tree in front of me! that darn Murphy follows me everywhere!!!!!

Nice to have great gifts :D , don't they come with a user manual??
Hunt mornings and you should not have that same problem.
I just laugh at my foibles and trying. Sooner of later I'll get it half right!

I thought I had a florence sting on my bow because the bow was hanging on a hanger in the tree that,s part of my stand in front if me. if things get any worse I,m going to run away an join the circus!!!!!! I just shake my head an laugh about all I do!!!!!! I never seen a deer laugh but I,m sure if they could they would at some of the things I do while hunting!
