Based on the Spanish Moss and the Swamp Cabbage Palm,I'd have to guess that's a Florida hog.

Nice looking meat hog you got!
I was getting a fair bit of an appetite lookin' so I made some Deer Chili I had frozen.
Sorry, couldn't take it anymore lookin at ribs!!!
