Please let us know what you think . I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on buying one for my 355 . My biggest concern is what magnification it would end up on with my bow . I don't want a very high power for close shots . ThanksRexKay wrote:No not yet.. Just mounted it. Hopefully tomorrow .

...greentag....I own the crossbones and for me it works just fine...with that said, here is a link to Midway for the LCB scope and one honest to goodness negative review from someone...I would suggest that you read that and see if the complaint (and return of the scope) would be your concern also...BTW there is a picture of the reticle also...hope this helps you...greentag wrote:if you dont mind me asking, does the reticle have marks to sixty yards or fifty, ive looked at some on the internet, and some shows it up to 50 but i thought it was sixty,(using the main crosshairs as 20) plus if those are butlar creek blizard scope covers, what is the number for the right size, that looks awsome,i will be getting a micro soon, talked to danny miller and he said i could get the crossbones, for 200 more,so thats what im gonna get,i have 12 other leupolds on various rifles and love them, but have never got to see the crossbones in person.thats a super looking set up you got there!!!
Congrats on the new scope, RexKay. You'll love it.greentag wrote:if you dont mind me asking, does the reticle have marks to sixty yards or fifty, ive looked at some on the internet, and some shows it up to 50 but i thought it was sixty,(using the main crosshairs as 20) plus if those are butlar creek blizard scope covers, what is the number for the right size, that looks awsome,i will be getting a micro soon, talked to danny miller and he said i could get the crossbones, for 200 more,so thats what im gonna get,i have 12 other leupolds on various rifles and love them, but have never got to see the crossbones in person.thats a super looking set up you got there!!!

Re: caps, I highly recommend the Leupold Alumina caps for anyone with a Leupold scope. In the long run, how many sets of butler creek caps do you think you'll buy for that scope? I know I go through those quite easily; they're made of plastic! Sure the aluminas are more $$$ but you bought a Leupold, not a Tasco! They last forever, are lighter and well...they're just cooler!
