Make sure you get the 'kickstand' version if you want the metal frame back rest...It's a few extra bucks but well worth it. Not to mention that the vest has very well thought out pocket layout for all your calls and T-PEE etc.
I think it will fit you fine Strum.
I have my back legs extended about an inch or so and locked down. I can sit and hold my shotgun with no tree comfortably or sit against a tree with the legs folded in. I am hoping I can get away with no adjustments in the field this way as things happen fast when running N gunning.

this is a slick idea ..I hoping ill like it..for me im so used to carrying a back pack and a ground blind its going to be a new thing. I can see where ill be able to blend in some spots never could before with out a blind. itll be a learning curve
I have half a closet filled with packs and vests and such. I just don't like backpacks.
Still go back to my load bearing rig. Based on a system like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Blackhawk-Load- ... 1872370949
Attached to the suspenders is knife, compass and small fire and first aid kit. At the back I attached one of those triangle pads to sit(straps and magnet type).
It came off a cheap turkey vest (the most uncomfortable thing I've ever worn).
On the belt are various pouches I can quickly change out for whatever I'm doing.
I slide the pouches to the back when walking, slide to the front to sit.
The Tactical Tat'r looks cool though, might just give that a try.
I got my TT kickstand vest yesterday and had a chance to play around with it this morning.
I have to say its pretty dang cool.. it took me a minuet to figure out the kickstand part but once I did I can say its sweet!!
granted im only tryin it in my living room but I can sit on the floor and lean back very comfortably . the cushion is nice and thick and the vest feels good to walk in or sit. I fell like ill have all the pockets ill need to and they are all well placed . so far im giving it a 10.
so I thought I would give yall a pic..thinking my camo may need a ittle work not sure.
Camo looks just fine to me.
I knew you would like the vest. I wish it had shell loops but they fit nicely in that zip pocket on the leading edge on the right side for me.
Robert to get the seat to work I had to make the strap from the seat to the bottom of the frame shorter..is this what you found?
I can see ill have to use it a while to figger out how to best adjust it.

For the life of me I can't get my seat to flip up and stay. I am just going to tuck mine up under the vest. Works fine that way.
Thanks
hey Robert I found the seat just flips up and over and sits nice and tight. no problems.
you end up with the waterproof side against your backside .. this "speed seat" design Is one of the main features that sold me.
