Excalibur Customer Service

Post by GeorgiaBoyJC »

Hello,
I just bought a Excalibur I had a few questions so I called last week and then called yesterday and no one returned my messages so I just called and got a young snooty girl that could give two craps about me being a customer !! Is this the they way this company operates ? Maybe should have bought a different Crossbow !!

I've called Excalibur's Customer Service a few times, and had nothing but professional dealings with everyone. Calls were returned, the discussions all courteous, very professional and supportive.

I've seen a few postings like this that claim otherwise, and I just have to wonder if there isn't something else going on, or something that precipitated the posting that isn't being mentioned. Just sayin'

Plus, its hunting season. I know from my old gunsmithing days that guns that sat around broken for ten months had to be fixed "now, today!!" because opening day is a few days away. I'm sure Excalibur has their share of that going on as well.

I haven't heard one bad thing about them before. Not to be mean, but what did you say to them?

Maybe a wrong number was called and thus person is tired of people calling for excalibur .. If not I hope you have the girls name you talked to , I would definitely let Pete know what happen .

Myself I have been treated great by excalibur customer service even when I called a bit upset they settled me down and took care of the situation ..

I emailed customer service and they got back to me within the day. Had no problems on my end. Even received my RMA shipping info in a few hours.

Not to assume anything, but remember its not so much the message as much as how its delivered that is important.

Maybe it was the wrong number.
Maybe you started off on the wrong foot.
Maybe you are mistaken.
I do know that their customer service is unrivaled.
I do know that one should ask questions of the source of purchase.
I do know that this is the busiest time of the year.
I do know that Excalubur and it's employees care.
I do know that few, if any at here believe that the way you describe your experience is really the way things went.
I do know that Ten Point is company you experience. Speak to Randy Woods. He's the sales manager at Ten Point and has a whole lot of patience.

I have a 405 and was involved with the trigger recall.....and THEY CONTACTED ME. Turn around was swift, S&H was compensated, and I feel the new trigger is a better trigger. I'm happy. Oh BTW....still on the original set of limbs! At this point I couldn't tell how many shots I've taken with it....fingers crossed! But if I should have a problem I'm very confident Excalibur will take care of it!

All this grinding is getting OLD. First, everyone had to give their input on how to fix the limb problem. And this is to a company that has been making bows for a long time now. Seriously they know what they are doing.
Now their Customer Service is questioned. REALLY! I dare say that they set the standard for excellence in customer service. All this is really getting old.
