Deer I found on Public Land alongside the river in 2012 (Mostly 2012) and 2013. Haven't seen them since?? Ghost Bucks!!

Those are some really nice bucks. How much hunting competition do you have on this tract of land? If multiple people are hunting that area, that might explain why you aren't seeing the same bucks from year to year.

Let hunting them totally consume your life .call in sick .leave work early. Cancel dentist appointments.skip dinner. Lol thats what i do!

Some great looking bucks there. I'd take longbow joe's advice for sure. :)

Very little hunting pressure. This area borders what used to be a private Game Preserve set up for the rich Tulsa Oil men around the turn of the century. They managed the deer herd very well in those days. These are some of the decendants of the orginial herd.

Very nice bucks. Has your state had any diseases in the last few years such a CWD, and EHD. These two alone can wipe out and entire local population.
Might explain their absence.

Yes but I don't know how wide spread it is or if it has affected us here locally.
