Arrow length
What's the shortest arrow you could possibly shoot out of a axiom with a fix broadhead ?

Re: Arrow length
19 1/4" to be safe. 17 "with a small fixed or mechanical.

Re: Arrow length
If you have shorter arrows, then 19" might be the best. I ask you to do this, cock the bow with a broadhead that you plan to use screwed into a 20" shaft. If you can hang the bow without hitting the broadhead when retrieving it for a shot, there is no reason to go shorter. If you decide to go shorter, make sure you cannot get your foot into the stirrup with that length.
It’s not the way you rock, it’s the way that you roll!
Re: Arrow length
I use 18" with my Phoenix with no problems.
I DO NOT let the string down by hand (or with the rope cocking aid), so no fear of putting it through my foot.
If you let the string down by the methods I mentioned I'd keep the arrow long enough to prevent putting your foot in the stirrup with an arrow on the rail.
