Excal customer service

Post by Sloppy Does »

Recently had a great customer service from Excalibur. just felt like they deserve another pat on the back because there aren't very many like them.

Cant speak enough about Peter and his team - They have had some challenges over the past year but I dare to say that there is NO customer service like Excalibur~!

I was treated very nicely today by Dawn when ordering 2 sets of new limbs.... I spoke with Peter a bit and had a great overall experience.

I had good service on my Micro 335 from Woodys in pa under warranty..I think he has good idea on posting limb issues on here what is normal and why and what is not normal and why...I hear of split limbs some replaced them 3 times it would be nice to see pictures of what a split looks like vrs just those bubbles/slits under camo which is said to be NORMAL...
..Archery 29 [woodys] I contacted to see if he can post pics here every so often ....
