Faulty tact zone crosshairs

Post by Kenoakee »

I've had my matrix 380 for almost a year now and love it. Took my first animal with it last fall (a whitetail doe). It traveled many trails through all sorts of weather last hunting season and never gave me a problem. It still has less than a hundred shots fired on it. I took it out about 3 weeks ago to make sure I'm all dialled in and was bang on out to 60 yards. 2 weeks later I go to practice a little and on the seventh bolt my crosshairs went crooked (at a 45* angle). The scope was all snug and sitting just fine, only the crosshairs turned.

Hey guys I never updated my problem sorry. I returned it to excalibur via express post and they returned a new scope to me with in 10 days. In the mean time I purchased another tact zone as back-up should this ever happen again.

...not only that, but I can personally attest that Danny does things for you that never get publicized...he is not only the family Dr. to my Excalibur brood, but he is just a nice person that exudes the virtues of a time past where people genuinely cared about doing what was right even if it cost them money!

....sought of like when Uncle Vinnie spends time in the bigga houza not to rat on cousin Pasqualino because of family....fuggetaboutit!

I had a piece of something land on the reticle of one of my draft zones about a month ago.
Time from me shipping to receiving new scope via mail was 42 hours. I'm pretty close. But the timeframe alone suggest they shipped out the replacement before they even got my scope.

Cannot beat that for service. Impossible.
