Why is so hard to remove the battery cover on my tact zone scope

Hold the knob and use a coin in the slot in the cover. Turn clockwise to unscrew.

My experience with aluminum threads tells me it may of been cross threaded once or the threads were cut rough.

Apply 600 grit lapping compound to the cover and thread it on and off until it is ok.

Use the lapping compound sparingly!!
