Hey, I was sitting in a permanent structure and made it through 5 episodes of Ozarks and 4 episodes of Meat Eater....on my tablet. That was in two days and several hours of patient sitting.

Imagine missing that big buck because your were checking in on Facebook! Lol
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

i have never missed a big buck going past me because of my i-phone..... that i know of! never took a phone to my stand before i started hunting with my adult kids. kinda fun to share thoughts on the sights n sounds. also nice to get a text saying "3 deer heading ur way. think 1 had horns."

Not a real techy but I have it with me when i'm hunting, never know when I might have an emergency
I had it with me when I fell out of the tree, and it sure is nice to be able to call someone when an emergency happens.

I use to have the solitaire app on my phone and I played a lot of that. I always have my phone and text my son in the other stand or other hunters to see how their day is going. It is something I do to keep me awake. I have a better chance of seeing that deer if I'm on my phone then if I'm asleep. :D
