Crossbow! not...

Post by XB I GO »

My brother and I were excited when a friend of our family said we could buy whatever we wanted at the archery shop. We couldn't each get something big but we could get one big thing or each a smaller thing. We tried the Excalibur Assassin, Bulldog 400 and 308 Short. Of all of them, we liked the 308 Short the best. The Assassin was heavy and unbalanced to us. The Bulldog doesn't do anything our M380 can't and it just feels funny. The 308 Short was balanced, quiet, and seemed smaller than the others. At the last minute we decided our Axiom could do anything the 308 Short could do. I do really like the quiver that slides. My brother and I decided to ask for the money to get donated to charity and my brother picked Wounded Warriors. One day we might get a different bow but we really don't need another one and we are happy that we have those and get to use them.

.... reading this at 3:00am ( can’t sleep) this story renewed my hope that the kids of today are gonna be just fine.... But to see two young lads who have a passion for hunting, unleashed in a “candy store”, give up personal gain for our wounded veterans... just blows me away....May many blessings come back to you for your great deed!
